Do you ship Worldwide?
We sure do !!
Do you accept returns?
As all of our products are made to order we do not currently accept returns if you change your mind. Within 12 hours of your order being placed it is being manufactured.
What if my return is faulty?
Please get in touch at bobandbuckhaus@gmail.com or send us a message on insta and we will send a free replacement.
Why are you made to order?
Bob and Buck is a passion project in which we have many different things we would like to create- but unfortunately do not currently have the funding in order to be able to buy multiple products in bulk upfront (especially with the plans we have in mind!), so made to order seemed the best option for us. That... and the fact that we live in a small flat and simply do not have the space to keep a mass of stock haha! We are also a new independent business and, at this point, how no idea whether people will be interested in buying what we have to offer. So yeah, made to order works for us best at the moment- but who knows what the future holds!
How long is shipping?
Production usually takes 2-3 days and shipping around 10. But please leave at least 20 working days to receive your item from placing your order.
Will you create a custom order?
By all means pop us a message if you have any ideas and we will see what we can do! We are always open to ideas and collections.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are primarily an online business but would love to get to conventions.

Who are Bob & Buck?
Bob & Buck are a Pompey based couple who have been in a creative industry for over 30 years combined.
Uncle Buck (Jordan) is a Full Time Tattoo Artist. Prior to tattooing, he was a freelance illustrator who primarily designed merch for bands & brands.
Bob (Bobbie) is a Full Time Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. Prior to cosmetic tattooing, Bobbie was a nail artist and ran a jewellery brand on the side where she designed and sold little devil jewellery.
How did Bob & Buck start?
We both love our jobs very much and being within creative environments, but found when decorating home, we struggled to find homewear that reflected us. A plain white blanket wasn't going to cut it haha. So one drunken date-night pub conversation later and we figured we would design what we like ourselves- with the hope maybe others will like it too!

What are your future plans?
We have so many ideas for designs and products, its simply having the time to create them! But expect lots more drops throughout the year for various different things! We'd love to be able to sell (alongside work) at tattoo conventions and the like. Its so sick getting to hangout and work with your best friend/ partner on something like this so we will just see where it takes us and enjoy the ride along the way.
